Jill previously worked as apart of the real estate industry and had practiced as an active real estate associate since 2005. Jill's relationship building skills and marketing expertise have made her a perfect fit to our team. Jill's primary responsibilities include: networking, scheduling, event planning, and marketing efforts. In her spare time Jill enjoys spending time with her family, salt water fishing, and being outdoors.

Melissa Ramos Operations Manager melissa.ramos@nmfn.com (813) 426-1062 Melissa Ramos, MS, joined Mark Monkarsh's team in 2004 as Director of Operations. She has been with Northwestern Mutual Financial Network since 2000 and holds her Florida Life, Health and Annuity Insurance License. Melissa attained her Master's Degree in Organizational Management and is interested in pursuing her Doctorate's Degree in the near future. Melissa is a native of Puerto Rico and fluent in Spanish. In her spare time, Melissa enjoys reading, traveling and raising her two children along side her husband, William.
